For the next two weeks, westbound drivers who use County Road 10 to cross over Interstate 35W in Mounds View will need to find another route to their destinations on weekdays — until midafternoon anyway.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is doing cleanup work along County Road 10 and will close the bridge between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. through May 3. The ramp from northbound I-35W to westbound County Road 10 will remain open.
During the closure, commuters should detour north on I-35W to County Road I and then back south to County Road 10.
A second option would be to take I-694 westbound to northbound I-35W to County Road 10.
