MNsure interim CEO Scott Leitz will testify before Congress today about the state's online health insurance marketplace,

MNsure's chief is among the representatives from "problem-filled state exchanges" lawmakers will hear from during a House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee hearing.

Leitz will face questions about MNsure's rocky rollout and its implications for taxpayers and residents required to buy insurance under the Affordable Care Act.

Other state exchanges represented will be California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts and Oregon.

The hearing will stream online at oversight.house.gov beginning at 9 a.m. central standard time.
