Celebrity kitchen

March 30 is the last day to gawk at James Denton's kitchen makeover, which is one of 73 homes open for tours on the Remodelers Showcase.

The "Desperate Housewives" actor and his family now live in Chanhassen, and last month Denton's home was featured in Mpls.St.Paul magazine.

The showcase is also a chance to see new products, materials and the craftsmanship of remodeling pros, who will be in the homes to answer questions.

Homes are open from noon to 6 p.m. March 30. Admission is free, with the exception of a $5 donation to the Builders Outreach Foundation to tour two "Dream Remodeled Homes." Pick up a guidebook with a map at Holiday Station stores, or visit www.paradeofhomes.org.
