It looks like a medical emergency is what is blocking the right lane of southbound Hwy. 169 at Cedar Lake Road. The right lane is closed and an ambulance is on the scene.
Plan on delays of a minute or two with slowness beginning at Hwy. 55.
Look out for a crash on westbound 94 on the merge to southbound 35W in Minneapolis. The commons is experienceing some congestion, too.
