Northbound Cedar Avenue has pockets of slow and go traffic from McAndrews Road to the Minnesota River. No crashes, just heavy traffic that is keeping the speeds down.
Elsewhere, we've got a fresh crash on southbound Hwy. 169 at 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. Ahead, things are sluggish down to Hwy. 55.
Our hot spot is on southbound 35E from County J to County 96. It's a gawker slow down as motorists are looking at a rolled over semi on the northbound lanes.
Look for a fresh fender bender on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Prairie Center Drive. Traffic tightens in the immediate area.
The right lane is blocked on westbound 694 at the 35W exit.
