Banks: Most banks and branches will be open. Call for hours.
Groceries: Major supermarkets will be open.
Mass transit: Metro Transit buses and trains will follow regular weekday service. Regular Northstar service will operate. Metro Blue Line (Hiawatha) and Red Line will follow regular schedules. Some Minnesota Valley Transit Authority routes will follow reduced service, Maple Grove Transit, Plymouth Metrolink and SouthWest Metro Transit will have regular service. Call Metro Mobility for service.
Parking meters: Will not be enforced in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The University of Minnesota and Minneapolis parks will enforce meters unless noted on the meter.
Schools: Minneapolis and St. Paul schools will be closed. Some public school districts will be open to make up for days when classes were cancelled due to cold weather. The University of Minnesota will be open.
Public agencies: Local, state and federal offices will be closed.
Libraries: Generally closed. Call for hours.
