Drunken driving: An 18-year-old man was cited for underage drinking and driving, stop sign violation and speeding at White Pine Way and County Road 11. Also cited for underage consumption were an 18-year-old female and a juvenile male.

Drunken driving: A male was arrested for drunken driving after an officer observed him spin out in traffic on Highway 41 near Engler Boulevard.
Drunken driving: A woman was arrested for drunken driving at Highway 41 and 2nd Street W. She had two young children in the vehicle with her. The children were released to family members.
Theft: Clothing valued at $300 was stolen from the laundry room in an apartment on the 7300 block of Gallagher Drive.
Underage drinking: A boy, 17, was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol on the 7400 block of West Shore Drive.
Theft: Jewelry and cash were stolen from a home on the 4000 block of Morningside Road.
Alcohol violation: A 56-year-old Excelsior man was cited for loitering with an open bottle in public on Excelsior Boulevard.
Drugs: A 20-year-old Excelsior man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for an equipment violation on Wheeler Drive and 3rd Avenue.
Underage drinking: Citations were mailed to 13 males, ages 18-19, who were caught drinking on the 2300 block of Hollybush Road.
Vandalism: Someone mixed Diet Coke with Mentos candy and placed it on the front steps to explode at a home on the 1000 block of Settlers Road.
Theft: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle on the 400 block of Broadway Street NE.
Theft: A 48-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for shoplifting at Rainbow Foods, 140 66th St. W.
Robbery: A woman was robbed of her purse by a male suspect as she was walking from her garage on the 7500 block of Grand Avenue.
Robbery: A 26-year-old Richfield man was arrested after robbing a cabdriver on the 6200 block of Portland Avenue S.
Theft: A male suspect entered Sports Authority, 1150 78th St. W., grabbed two armfuls of NorthFace jackets and fled through an emergency exit. Estimated loss for the 12 jackets was $1,440.
Theft: A 25-year-old Chanhassen woman was arrested for attempting to steal electronic equipment and using shoplifting tools at Menards, 7701 Nicollet Av. S.
Drunken driving: An 18-year-old St. Louis Park woman was arrested for drunken driving after officers found her vehicle in a ditch on Smithtown Road.
Burglary: Two chain saws, valued at $1,000, were stolen from a garage on Mill Street.
