The State Patrol and an ambulance are now on the scene of a three-car crash blocking the left and center lanes of eastbound 394 at Penn Avenue. This one looks as if it will be in play for a while. The HOT lane or Hwy. 55 might be the best alternate.
Traffic is currently locked up at Xenia Avenue and the line is growing.
Elsewhere, look for a pocket of bumper to bumper conditions on northbound 35W from County 42 up to Black Dog Road. A crash is on the right at Hwy. 13.
On Hwy. 13, the eastbound lanes are blocked with a school bus crash at County Road 11. Traffic is being diverted to Parkwood down to Burnsville Pkwy. Northbound County 11 also is jammed approaching Hwy. 13.
