Preview: The Hawks have won four of their past six games after winning at Philadelphia on Friday night, and at 24-21 they are only one of five teams in the Eastern Conference with a winning record. … The Hawks’ home game aginast Detroit on Wednesday was postponed and rescheduled for April 8 after 2.6 inches of snow crippled Atlanta traffic for more than a day. The Wolves’ postponed game against San Antonio scheduled for Mexico City in December also will be played on April 8, at Target Center. … This is the first meeting between the teams this season. They split last season’s two-game series.
Players to watch: Hawks forward Paul Millsap is the only player in the Eastern Conference and one of only two in the NBA averaging at least 16 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block this season. Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins is the other. Millsap on Thursday was chosen by Eastern coaches to be a reserve in this month’s All-Star Game in New Orleans. … Atlanta forward Kyle Korver extended his NBA record streak of consecutive games with a three-pointer made to 114 on Friday.
Injuries: Wolves C Nikola Pekovic (ankle bursitis) is out. Hakws F Al Horford (pectoral muscle surgery), G John Jenkins (back pain) and F/C Pero Antic (ankle stress fracture) are listed as out.
