It's been a brutal commute for drivers all across the metro this morning, but commuters in the west seem to be having it the worst.

A flurry of crashes has led to slow downs on a number of routes. Many have cleared, but traffic has not recovered.

Currently, look for a slow roll on southbound 494 from the Fish Lake Interchange down to 394.

It's the same story on southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 down to Hwy. 7.

Nothing is moving fast on southbound 169 from 77th Avenue to Crosstown.

Look for heavy traffic on westbound Hwy. 610 from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 252.

In the south, northbound 35 is trying to recover from an earlier wreck at County Road 50.

Look out for a couple wrecks on northbound Hwy. 100 at the Crosstown. That's got traffic at a near standstill.

Eastbound Hwy. 212 is like a parking lot from Dell Road to Shady Oak Road. Northbound 169 inches along from County Road 83 up to Anderson Lakes Pkwy.
