Metro Transit says the last inbound Northstar Commuter train is running 10 to 15 minutes late. The schedule on the agency's website says the last trip was to have departed Big Lake at 7:21 a.m. and arrive at Target Field station at 8:10 a.m.
A spokesman for the agency said heavy rail traffic was the reason for the tardiness.
