Correction: Fatal Fire-Sun Prairie story

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — In a story Jan. 2 about a Sun Prairie woman who died in a house fire, The Associated Press, relaying on information provided by the medical examiner's office, reported erroneously that Carrie Gray was 33. She was 43.

Medical examiner identifies woman found dead in a fire at a home in Sun Prairie

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (AP) — Authorities are investigating a fatal residential fire in Sun Prairie.

Firefighters were called to a home shortly before noon on New Year's Day and found one person dead. Fire Chief Tory Strauss says no one else was in the home at the time.

The Dane County medical examiner's office identifies the victim as 43-year-old Carrie Gray. Preliminary autopsy results indicate she died from injuries suffered in the fire.

WISC-TV (http://bit.ly/1esmizY) says the state fire marshal is assisting Sun Prairie investigators in looking for a cause.
