A car rolled over on a south metro interstate early Saturday morning, killing an 18-year-old woman passenger and injuring the other two people in the vehicle, authorities said.

The crash occurred about 3:30 a.m. on northbound I-35 near Elko New Market, according to the State Patrol.

Killed was Jordan R. Huver of Credit River Township, the patrol said.

Suffering noncritical injuries were the driver, Tyler D. Henry, 29, of Lakeville, and Quinten D. Watkins, 26, of Lons­dale, Minn.

The patrol said that alcohol use by all three was detected at the scene.
