Scanner chatter indicates that emergency personnel are on the way to the second rollover of the morning on Hwy. 169 at Marschall Road in Shakopee. Northbound traffic suffers past the scene and remains tight across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
Elsewhere, crashes on southbound 35W at Lyndale Avenue has traffic backed up in south Minneapolis and on the westbound Crosstown from Portland Avenue.
It's a stall on northbound 35W that has traffic inching along from Crystal Lake Road in Burnsville.
On Hwy. 61, a truck slid off the ramp at westbound 494 in Newport.
It's still a tough drive on southbound 494, 169 and Hwy. 100 in the north metro. All three routes are plugged up from I-94 to Crosstown.
