Khari Blasingame, a safety from New Market, Alabama, gave the Gophers a verbal commitment on Friday night, becoming the team's 11th commitment in the 2014 class.
Blasingame also had an offer from Northwestern, as well as Middle Tennessee State. Rivals.com rates Blasingame as a three-star recruit. He is 6-1, 203 pounds, runs the 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds, has a GPA of 4.13 and scored a 28 on his ACT.
