Two stalls are having a big impact on traffic in Bloomington and Minneapolis.
On eastbound 494, a broken down vehicle in a bad spot near Penn Avenue has traffic bound up all the way back to Hwy. 212. Westbound slows down from 24th Avenue to Hwy. 100.
In Minneapolis, a stall on westbound 94 has pushed out of the Lowry Hill Tunnel, but the stack up begins at Riverside Avenue.
Eastbound Hwy. 212 is still heavy. An earlier crash at Prairie Center Drive caused traffic to clog up and things are struggling to recover.
