It looks like spin outs will be the order of the morning as we've had a handful already. The latest is on westbound 94 just past Radio Drive in Woodbury.
Traffic is building from Manning Avenue past the scene.
On eastbound 94 between Albertville and Rogers, traffic is already thick and the drive is complicated by extremely icy conditions. The State Patrol has reported several vehicles in the ditch.
Southbound Hwy. 169 is filling in from 77th Avenue to Hwy. 55. That drive is now at about 15 to 18 minutes.
