Motorists will experience lane closures on Hwy. 61 in White Bear Lake when crews begin reconstructing a travel lane.
At 9 a.m., northbound Hwy. 61 between White Bear Avenue and Lake Avenue will be reduced to a single lane.
Crews expect to re-open the lanes by 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
Motorists should prepare to slow down in work zone areas, MnDOT said.
