A stalled vehicle is sitting on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at 49th Avenue. Look for some heavy traffic in the immediate area, but nothing that will set you back any length of time.
Over on 694 in Fridley comes some good news. The ramps from west 694 to University Avenue and southbound University to west 694 have reopened after being shut down for a couple weeks for construction.
