The car-vs.-deer wreck on northbound Cedar Avenue at Old Shakopee Road has cleared. So has road work at Cliff Road. All lanes in both directions are open and traffic is taking full advantage.
In Robbinsdale, dogs running in the lanes of Hwy. 100 at 36th Avenue N. are creating a minor slow down. Ahead, it's wide open so drivers are moving at the posted speeds.
Elsewhere, levels are still light but building. Expect things to get busy in the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Metro Transit, MVTA and SouthWest Transit report all operations are on time this morning.
