As if the Warriors needed more depth, there is a chance forward Harrison Barnes will play tonight against the Wolves at Target Center.

Warriors coach Mark Jackson said Barnes, who has yet to play this season because of toe inflammation in his left foot, has had some good workouts and might be ready. A decision will be made a game time, after Barnes has had a chance to warm up.

Meanwhile, Wolves coach Rick Adelman is looking at this matchup as a true test of his defense. The Warriors are third in the league in scoring, first in field goal percentage and second in three-point shooting percentage. Three players – Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala are all shooting 50 percent or better from three-point range.

"We have our hands full," Adelman said. "This is a very, very good offensive team. The best shooting team in the league. It's going to be a case where we have to go out and guard these people, see where we are defensively."

ETC.

--Adelman is confident Ricky Rubio's worth ethic will allow him to work through his recent shooting woes.

--There is no update on a timetable for Ronny Turiaf's return from a broken right ankle. He hasn't gotten much movement back in the joint yet. Until he does, it will be difficult to put a timeline together.

That's about it for now. I'll get back to you after the game.
