DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Cortland Drive and Whitney Drive.
Burglary. A safe was broken into and $200 was reported stolen at As-Sahabah Cultural Association, 3435 Washington Drive. The office was also broken into on Sept. 30.
Theft. A suspect was caught on surveillance video stealing $100 worth of lighters from the Lone Oak Market, 1286 Lone Oak Road.
Theft. A laptop computer was reported stolen at Starbucks, 2040 Cliff Road.
Assault. A juvenile was arrested for assault on the 20600 block of Flagstaff Avenue.
Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 300 block of Main Street.
Burglary. An adult was arrested for burglary on the 5500 block of W. 173rd Street.
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of Griffon Trail and Grinnell Avenue.
DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Heritage Drive and Holyoke Avenue.
DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI on the 21000 block of Glade Avenue.
Theft. An adult was arrested for shoplifting on the 17000 block of Kenrick Avenue.
DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of W. 208th Street and Holiday Avenue.
Criminal property damage. An adult was arrested for criminal property damage on the 16200 block of Grinnell Avenue.
Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 16300 block of Griffon Trail.
Theft. A 15-year-old Apple Valley boy was arrested for theft on the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street.
DWI. A 36-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Bonaire Path and Robert Trail S.
Driving violation. A 44-year-old Farmington man was arrested for driving with a canceled license near the intersection of Pilot Knob Road and Skyline Road.
Disorderly conduct. A 15-year-old Farmington boy and 17-year-old Farmington boy were arrested for disorderly conduct on the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street.
Theft. A 17-year-old Rosemount boy was arrested for theft on the 14500 block of Dodd Boulevard.
DWI. A 36-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 143rd Street and Robert Trail S.
Assault. A 50-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for domestic assault on the 15600 block of Cornell Trail W.
Theft. A 16-year-old Apple Valley girl was arrested for theft on the 3700 block of W. 150th Street.
