We are seeing the effects of Education Minnesota weekend on the roads. With school out, traffic is much lighter than normal, meaning no delays of significance. It's been that way all morning.
With fewer cars on the road, we've had fewer accidents, too. We currently have only one on the ramp from southbound 35W to 4th Street.
