Participants in the Pumpkin Boat Regatta on the St. Croix River in downtown Stillwater paddled for all they were worth on Sunday as part of the Stillwater Harvest Festival. Giant pumpkins were hollowed out to allow paddlers to race their way down the river in the 100-yard contest as spectators watched from the lift bridge.
