The Nasseff Specialty Center in downtown St. Paul has been sold for $27 million, according to Ramsey County property records.
The 120,000-square-foot medical office building, located at 225 Smith Av. N., is located on the United Hospital campus. It's home to several groups, including the United Heart & Vascular Center, St. Paul Lung Clinic, Minnesota Epilepsy Group, United Neurosurgery Associates, and others.
County records indicate the seller in the cash deal was Smith Avenue Realty Associates II LP, and the buyer was Allina Heath System. The seller was represented by the Minneapolis office of CBRE.
The center opened in 2006.
