Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 12400 block of Oak Park Boulevard NE.
Theft. A flagpole and flag were stolen from the 800 block of 124th Lane NE.
Theft. A 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen from the Holiday parking lot, 13051 Round Lake Blvd. NW. A 29-year-old woman ran into the store to get a soda and left the vehicle running and unlocked.
Theft. Someone stole 140 feet of chain link fencing that was around the hockey rink at Wintercrest Park, 10030 Woodcrest Dr. NW.
Drugs. A 23-year-old man was cited for glue sniffing in the restroom at Wal-Mart, 13020 Riverdale Dr. NW. He was taken to jail on a warrant from Hennepin County.
Theft. Four chickens were stolen from their coop on the 22700 block of Buchanan Street NE.
Assist family. An officer mediated a dispute between two brothers at an apartment on 7th Street NE. They were arguing over a utility bill.
Noise complaint. A homeowner was issued a citation for a noisy party on the 100 block of Sylvan Lane NE.
Weapon. A firearm was found on the 7900 block of Riverview Terrace NE.
Theft. Three towels were stolen from a public drier on the 6400 block of 5th Street NE.
Disorderly conduct. A 52-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man were cited for disorderly conduct after hours at Moore Lake Park. Both were intoxicated and unable to care for themselves, the report said. They were released to a family member.
Assist. A 34-year-old woman reported she was on the balcony of her apartment on East River Road NE. and locked herself outside. An officer advised her how to open the door and she was able to go inside.
Robbery. A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of robbery on the 4000 block of Bryant Avenue N. after he allegedly held up a knife and demanded money from an 18-year-old woman and fled with $15.
Theft. A 23-year-old New Brighton man was arrested for allegedly giving false information to police, driving after revocation, unsafe U-turn, no vehicle registration, no proof of insurance and theft after he allegedly stole gas from Holiday, 2732 County Road 10.
Theft. A 25-year-old New Brighton man was cited for theft after he allegedly did not pay for his cab fare to the 2100 block of Program Avenue.
Drugs. A 41-year-old Shoreview woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding on Long Lake Road and Ridge Lane.
Disturbance. A 43-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct after a disturbance at an apartment on the 5400 block of Jackson Drive.
Burglary. Copper wire and appliances were stolen from a home on the 500 block of 221st Avenue NW.
Theft. Two 81-year-old men were cited for stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart, 3800 Silver Lake Road NE.
