One of the Gophers' biggest targets of the summer will be making his college decision this week.

Kansas point guard Lourawls 'Tum Tum' Nairn tweeted on Tuesday that he would be choosing his landing spot at 10 a.m. Thursday in the gym of his high school, Sunrise Christian Academy.

The 5-11 Nairn will be picking between Michigan State, Minnesota, Indiana and Oklahoma. The latter three have been involved with his recruitment throughout the summer, although Michigan State -- despite its late entry -- is considered a favorite by some. The 2014 guard has taken officials to all four schools and has said some kind things about the Gophers and coach Richard Pitino and the rest of the coaching staff, but is far from a lock. It doesn't help Minnesota's chances that the Gophers visit came first -- nearly a month ago now.

Pitino and Co., however, have made him one of the focal points of the summer and have given him plenty of attention.

On Tuesday evening when Nairn tweeted about his announcement, 247sports.com's crystal ball gave just a five percent chance to Minnesota, and had Michigan State leading the pack with an 85 percent shot.

The Gophers, who greatly covet a point guard, are still waiting on their first 2014 commitment.
