Going to the chapel

If you thought the last wedding you attended was long, wait until you see how the nuptials play out on "How I Met Your Mother" (7 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4), which kicks off its final year with two new episodes. The entire season will revolve around Barney and Robin's weekend wedding. Suit up!

America's most wanted

"The Blacklist" (9 p.m., KARE, Ch. 11) has a lot going for it, not the least of which is "The Voice" (7 p.m., KARE, Ch. 11) as a lead-in. More important, it has James Spader at his sleazy best, playing a fugitive who suddenly decides to start turning in his fellow bad guys.

Out on the street

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" (11 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) is shutting down Hollywood Boulevard on Monday and Tuesday for two VIP guests: Paul McCartney and Justin Timberlake. Both are expected to perform outside on separate nights — unless, of course, this is just another one of Kimmel's pranks.
