The Medical Device Innovation Consortium, St. Louis Park, named William Murray president and chief executive. Murray was chief executive of Envoy Medical and has held leadership positions at Medtronic, LifeSync Holdings and ReShape Medical.
Kruskopf Coontz Advertising, Minneapolis, named Dean Huff president. Huff was senior vice president at Padilla Speer Beardsley and held leadership positions at Insight Marketing, Colle+McVoy, The Martin Agency and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, Minneapolis, named Eric Magnuson partner. Magnuson was a shareholder at Briggs and Morgan and was chief justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is a fellow and past president of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and founding president of the 8th Circuit Bar Association.
Himle Rapp & Co., Minneapolis, named Dennis McGrath senior counselor. McGrath has worked for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Weber Shandwick and Gelco. He has served on the boards of the Minnesota Zoo, the Community University Health Center and the Minneapolis Aquatennial.
Marcus & Millichap named Craig Patterson regional manager of its Minneapolis office. Patterson was vice president of NAI Everest and held leadership positions at NSJ Equities, CSM Corp., Opus Northwest, Welsh Development and First Industrial Realty Trust. He is a former president of the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP and a member of its long-range planning board.
Campbell Mithun, Minneapolis, named Denis Budniewski director of account leadership and growth. Budniewski was a general manager at Fallon and held leadership positions at McKinney and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Dustin Black group creative director. Black has worked for mono and BBDO and previously worked for Colle+McVoy as an associate creative director. Colle+McVoy also named Shannon Davis director of integrated production. Davis was has worked for Jingit and Olson and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Solve, Minneapolis, named Roman Paluta director of business development. He held leadership positions at Bailey Lauerman, Carmichael Lynch and Leo Burnett.
SRF Consulting Group, Plymouth, named Marie Cote vice president of transportation. Cote joined SRF Consulting in 1993 and was a civil engineer for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.
Andersen Corp., Bayport, named Jim Weglewski vice president of corporate quality, sustainability and facilities. Weglewski joined Andersen in 2003 and was a 3M product development team leader and Six Sigma black belt.
