For much of the morning, southbound 35E in the northeast metro was heavier and slower than normal, but things have thinned out. Traffic is moving swiftly between the Forest Lake split and 694. Ahead, expect minor crowding approaching Maryland Avenue.

Westbound 94 has pockets of slow-and-go traffic from McKnight Road to 35E.

Northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W are still sluggish with 20 minutes from County 42 up to Crosstown.

Both directions of 35W approaching downtown Minneapolis tighten, so allow a few extra minutes from both the north and the south.

A stalled vehicle is sitting on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 at Cleveland Avenue. That is having a minor impact on traffic.

Expect some delays on eastbound 94 from Broadway to Hwy. 280. That is 15 minutes.
