The two men shot to death Sunday night while sitting in a car in a south Minneapolis alley were De'Von L. Burt, 18, and Keondray Q. Wilson, both of Minneapolis, according to the Hennepin County medical examiner. Both men were shot multiple times, according to the medical examiner's report, released Tuesday.

The pair were sitting in a vehicle behind a residence in the 2600 block of 18th Avenue S. Neither of the Minneapolis men lived at that address.

A Minneapolis Police Department spokeswoman said the attack on the two men was not a random act. A woman and teenage girl were also shot in the same incident, according to police. Their names have not been released.

Burt's grandfather, Scott Sinclair, of Mechanicsville, Va., told the Star Tribune on Monday that he spoke to his grandson a day earlier.

"He was going to the State Fair and [he] talked about the warm weather," he said.
