ANDOVER

JULY 26

Burglary: Copper and electrical wires were cut and stolen from a vacant home on the 3400 block of 173rd Lane NW.

JULY 30

Theft: Yard lights and decor were stolen from a home on the 1200 block of 141st Lane NW.

BLAINE

JULY 26

Burglary: A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault after stealing alcohol from a garage on the 11700 block of Jefferson Street NE. According to police reports, the resident chased and caught the suspect while a neighbor called 911.

JULY 27

Burglary: A briefcase containing a gun was stolen from a home on the 1500 block of 87th Avenue NE.

AUG. 1

Theft: A riding lawn mower was stolen on the 1600 block of 121st Avenue NE.

JULY 7

Property damage: A towel holder was damaged at Clive’s Roadhouse, 11680 Theatre Drive N.

JULY 10

Theft: Yard furniture was stolen from a home on the 1000 block of Heard Avenue.

 

COON RAPIDS

AUG. 2

Underage consumption: A 15-year-old boy was cited for minor consumption and curfew violation after officers found him riding his bicycle at 1:33 a.m. on the 10500 block of Hanson Boulevard NW.

AUG. 4

Theft: Cash and cigarettes were stolen from Fast Trip Market, 12095 Hanson Blvd. NW. An employee was working in a back room when the theft occurred.

FRIDLEY

AUG. 1

Child endangerment: A woman left eight children in the play area at McDonald’s, 8100 University Av. NE., while she went to Sam’s Club. An officer discussed with the mother why this was inappropriate.

AUG. 3

Assist public: Officers responded to the 6400 block of University Avenue NE. for someone needing directions to Redwood Falls, Minn. An officer gave them directions.

Theft: Change was stolen out of two unlocked vehicles in the driveway of a home on the 7900 block of Riverview Terrace NE.

MOUNDS VIEW

AUG. 2

Curfew violation: Two 16-year-old boys were cited for curfew violations after officers found them at 2:56 a.m. on Bronson Drive and Quincy Street. They were returned to their parents.

Drugs: Following a traffic stop at County Road 10 and Silver Lake Road, a 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, an 18-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a 17-year-old boy was cited for a seat-belt violation.

Order for protection violation: A 26-year-old woman was arrested for violating an order for protection at an apartment on the 4800 block of Old Highway 8. Also, a 51-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

AUG. 6

Theft: A catalytic converter was cut off of a vehicle in an apartment parking lot on the 2600 block of Scotland Court.

Suspicious vehicle: Officers responded to a business on the 2300 block of County Road 10 regarding a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and found to be stolen. A 20-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of stolen property.

OAK GROVE

JULY 30

Burglary; Hair products were stolen from Salon Genesis, 19201 Lake George Blvd. NW. The lock was pried off the door.
