Xcel Energy Inc., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share, payable Oct. 20 to shareholders of record on Sept. 19.

IronKey Workspace W500 is a high-security platform for Windows To Go deployment in enterprises and government organizations. IronKey is computer flash drive that features hardware encryption and a rugged metal enclosure, with enterprise-grade deployment and device management options.
Capella Education Co., Minneapolis, entered an education alliance with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. The Illinois-based nonprofit health care company has more than 17,000 associates, 3,500 physicians and 600 employed physicians. Wheaton associates and their family members will be eligible for reduced tuition at Capella University.
