Commuters on westbound 94 between Manning Avenue and downtown St. Paul are finding lots of company, and that is translating into a 20-minute trip. Ahead, things thin out a bit in the Midway before slowing from 35W to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
Westbound Hwy. 36 drivers also are feeling the squeeze. It's 15 minutes between Hwy. 61 and 35W.
A crash on southbound 35W at County 96 has traffic at a near standstill from prior to 95th Avenue. It's 20 minutes to reach 694.
