One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision Saturday afternoon near Pine City, Minn.
The State Patrol said William Joseph, 50, of Maplewood was killed when another man driving northbound in a pickup truck ran a stop sign and hit Joseph's car, which was headed west on Hwy. 70.
The driver of the truck, 48-year-old Danny Kitterman, of Waite Park, Minn., was not injured. The patrol said alcohol was detected in his system.
Joseph's car was totaled, but its passenger was not injured.
