After a flurry of crashes and incidents that included a woman going into labor on northbound 35E and a police chase in Brooklyn Park, things on metro roads have settled down. In most places, commuters are zipping along without delay.
One execption is on northbound Hwy. 169 through the work zone in Shakopee. Traffic is at a standstill from County Road 18 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
Northbound 35W is tight but moving from County 42 up to 494. Look for a wreck on the shoulder at 76th Street and on the ramp to 82nd Street in Bloomington.
