With the overnight road work completed and cones picked up, traffic on Hwy. 10 is back to free flowing from Hwy. 169 all the way over to 35W. That is a drive you can make in about 12 to 14 minutes.
It's about a 15-minute wait on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 up to Old Shakopee Road.
I'm not seeing any big delays on alternate routes as of yet. Eastbound Hwy. 13, northbound 35W and eastbound Hwy. 212 all are moving well at this hour.
Look out for a stalled vehicle at the bottom of the ramp from southbound I-94 to westbound 394 in downtown Minneapolis.
