On Hwy. 169, its 20 minutes or more from Canterbury Road up to 494 due to the bridge repair project from Hwy. 101 up to Old Shakopee Road.
Westbound 494 through Bloomington is filling in from 12th Avenue to Hwy. 100. Plan on 15 minutes there.
Eastbound Hwy. 212 is heavier than usual with 15 minutes necessary from Dell Road to Hwy. 169 via Crosstown.
