Minneapolis-based Alatus LLC has proposed a 320-unit residential tower for a spot that is now a surface parking lot on Washington Av. in downtown Minneapolis.
According to documents submitted to the city's Planning Commission, the 13-story structure will feature studios, and one- and two-bedroom units at 301 Washington Av. The first floor will feature two areas for commercial space, including a restaurant.
Alatus, which owns Block E and several parking ramps in downtown Minneapolis, also developed the Carlyle condo tower at 100 3rd Av. S.
The proposed project at 301 Washington Av. will be discussed at a planning commission meeting Aug. 1.
