A driver lost control and crashed through a fence on the ramp from westbound I-94 to northbound Hwy. 101 in Rogers. The vehicle ended upside down in the ditch. Police are on the scene.
Elsewhere, the wreck on northbound Hwy. 252 at 66th Avenue in Brooklyn Center has cleared. Nearby, traffic looks to be moving well through the work zone on 694 between Hwy. 252 and University Avenue.
In Minneapolis, the stalled vehicle that had been blocking a lane on eastbound 94 at the Mississippi River bridge has been towed away. All lanes are open.
