Drugs. Officers went to a home on Quincy Street NE. regarding a large group of people smoking drugs on a deck. According to police reports, the 26-year-old homeowner admitted that he and his friends were smoking a blunt. He was advised to cease all drug activity and advised of the consequences.

MAY 28

Theft. A woman reported that her 19-year-old son stole her engagement ring from her home on 89th Avenue NE. Her son gave the ring to a friend, who pawned it, she said.

MAY 30

Assault. A 29-year-old woman was arrested for assault after she allegedly drove a vehicle into her fiancé on 89th Curve NE. He fell after the vehicle hit him and injured his arm. They had been arguing.

Drunken driving. A 37-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and child endangerment after someone reported a drunken man playing with two children on West Golden Lake Road.

Theft. A purse was stolen from a table at Osaka, 77 8th Av. NW. A woman forgot the purse on the table when she moved seats.

JUNE 1

Underage consumption. An intoxicated 19-year-old man was cited for underage consumption and taken home to his mother after he was found lying in the hallway of an apartment building on 113th Avenue NW.

JUNE 2

Disorderly conduct. A 30-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct and trespassing after he tampered with his neighbor's exterior surveillance cameras on Alder Street NW. He was caught on video.

MOUNDS VIEW

MAY 24

Theft. A 1990 Ford Cargo van was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 7100 block of Silver Lake Road. It was later recovered in Robbinsdale.

MAY 30

Arson. A portable toilet was set on fire in the 2300 block of Knoll Drive.

JUNE 2

Obstruction. An intoxicated 32-year-old man was arrested for obstructing the legal process at County Road I and Silver Lake Road. He was taken to a detox facility.

JUNE 3

Property damage. Feces were thrown on a house in the 5100 block of Red Oak Drive.

JUNE 5

DWI. A 31-year-old man was arrested for DWI on County Road H2 and Jackson Drive. An 18-year-old woman was cited for underage consumption. Officers were responding to a disturbance call at an apartment on Old Hwy. 8.

MAY 12

Theft. A cellphone was stolen from a golf bag at the Links at Northfork Golf Course, 9400 Alpine Dr. NW.

MAY 23

Theft. A 45-year-old man was cited for stealing a bag of Skittles from Holiday, 14075 Ramsey Blvd. NW. He is also not allowed back in the store.

ST. ANTHONY

JUNE 3

Assault. A 16-year-old girl was arrested for assaulting her 48-year-old mother on 33rd Avenue.

Suspicious persons. Two boys, ages 15 and 16, were picked up by police after they were caught looking into vehicles and had scarves over their faces. They were taken home and told they would be charged with concealing their identity.

JUNE 4

Disorderly conduct. A 12-year-old boy spread feces on the wall and floor in a bathroom at Emerald Park, 3925 Macalester Dr. The boy had done this two days in a row, the report said. He was caught on security video. Officers spoke with the boy and his parents.
