It appears as if some of the traffic lights on eastbound Hwy. 55 are not working in Plymouth. Traffic is extremely heavy from Rockford Road over to County Road 6.
A new crash on westbound Crosstown at Lyndale Avenue is adding to the slow roll there. Plan on 16 minutes from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 169. Eastbound slows from Gleason Road over to Hwy. 100.
