A man who was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Interstate 35 in Hinckley, Minn., last week has died, according to the State Patrol.

Trevor Langlois, 24, of Wyoming, Minn., was hit about 10:50 p.m. on June 17 as he dealt with car trouble on an I-35 entrance ramp in Hinckley.

He was taken to a Duluth hopsital in critical condition, and the patrol reported Sunday morning that he had died.

Langlois and a friend had pulled off the interstate near the southbound entrance ramp when Langlois' GMC pickup developed a problem. While Langlois was out of his vehicle he was struck by what authorities said was a Ford F-150 pickup as it entered the interstate.

Based on evidence at the scene, the sought-after pickup is a 2010 or newer Ford F-150 XLT four-door and should have a passenger-side mirror that it is partly missing, along with moderate to heavy damage to the right front bumper, hood and quarter panel.

Anyone with information about the case should call the State Patrol at 1-218-723-4992.
