Things are starting to loosen up on westbound 94 between downtown St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis. It's been plugged up all morning because a tree fell on the road at Franklin Avenue. That is long gone.

We do have an incident blocking the left lane on eastbound 94 at Century Avenue near Landfall. Looks like a dog walking against the center median.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is still sluggish from Hwy. 61 to Snelling Avenue due to a stall on the right shoulder at Lexington Avenue.

Be careful if you are on northbound 35E at Yankee Doodle Road. An antique pick up is stalled on the bottom of the exit and the motorist is standing outside the vehicle.

It's still busy on 694 in both directions from Silver Lake Road over to Victoria Street. That is 10 to 12 minutes.

I-494 in both directions are looking better, but it's still 15 minutes from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100.

Lookout for the road kill on westbound 694 at Century Avenue in White Bear Lake.

I will be back on Friday with reports on the morning rush hour. As always, drive safe and feel free to drop me an email (drive@startribune.com) or leave a comment here with comments and questions about Twin Cities traffic.
