TU DANCE

Friday-Sunday: TU Dance, the nine-year-old collaboration between Toni Pierce-Sands and Uri Sands, has yielded many extraordinary works over the years. This weekend TU returns to the O'Shaughnessy stage with two premieres from Sands. "No Middle Name" is a triptych of duets examining the nature of companionship, driven by piano arrangements of Radiohead songs. "Escapades" is a work developed with the full company exploring ideas of escape, a fitting theme on the cusp of summertime. The program also includes "Make Amends," a new work from New York-based choreographer Camille A. Brown, plus Dwight Rhoden's "B Sessions," set to Beethoven. (8 p.m. Fri.-Sat., 2 p.m. Sun., $16-$31, the O'Shaughnessy at St. Catherine University, 2004 Randolph Av., St. Paul, 651-690-6700, www.theoshaughnessy.com)
