Name your favorite herb. Now can you name another? Many of us get in a flavor rut with our use of only a few herbs. By simply adding new ones to our repertoire, cooks can open a broad new range of flavor options. Can’t tell oregano from sage, or chervil from parsley? Best way to learn is to experiment.
