Motorists on southbound 35E will run into pockets of slow and go traffic on southbound 35E from Tart Lake Road down to County Road 96. That is adding about 5 extra minutes to the drive.
In the south metro 35E is moving at the posted speeds from the Burnsville Split all the way into downtown St. Paul.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is getting heavy from 35E over to Snelling Avenue. Plan on a few extra minutes there.
And the usual congestion is in place on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694. Plan on 20 minutes to get from Lake down to Hwy. 280.
