Authorities have opened all lanes on eastbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Traffic is still backed up to Lowry Avenue.
Westbound lanes also are open.
Crews have lifted a semitrailer truck that crashed through the concrete median on the east end of the tunnel of the median about 5:30 a.m. and towed it away.
The truck was heading west when it jumped the median and collided with eastbound vehicles. Several eastbound vehicles were involved in the crash, including one which rolled over and landed on the grassy embankment.
No serious injuries were reported, the State Patrol said.
One driver caught in the back up on eastbound 94 fell asleep while waiting. He woke up and drove off.
