The westbound lanes of I-94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel is back open. MnDOT has closed the lanes overnight for tunnel washing and maintenance.
Both eastbound and westbound lanes through the tunnel will be closed at 10 p.m. Tuesday until 5 a.m. Wednesday for more cleaning and maintenance work.
