Property damage. Four tires of a vehicle were slashed on the 5200 block of 172nd Avenue NW.
Assault. A 43-year-old Anoka woman was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct at Pappy’s Cafe, 13827 Round Lake Blvd. NW., after she bit a man.
Burglary. Two televisions and an electronic game were stolen from a home on the 2000 block of 118th Lane NE.
Civil. A woman on the 8000 block of Washington Street NE. reported that she had loaned a pair of shoes to a friend in October 2012 and the shoes had not been returned. She was told this was a civil matter.
Assist family. Officers mediated an argument between two brothers at an apartment on the 100 block of 83rd Avenue NE. They were arguing over missing food.
Medical. A 42-year-old Burnsville man was taken to the hospital after he was found walking naked in the hallway of an apartment on the 100 block of 83rd Avenue NE. He appeared intoxicated and possibly recovering from a seizure, police said.
Theft. A snowmobile and trailer were stolen from an open storage area of a business on the 1500 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NE.
Theft. A Bobcat was stolen from the lot of a business on the 15700 block of Central Avenue NE.
Littering. A 29-year-old woman was cited for illegally dumping garbage in the 3800 block of Restwood Road.
Theft. A 1996 Chevrolet 1500 Club Cab was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 16500 block of Hwy. 65 NE. The keys had been left in the vehicle. The vehicle was located later that day.
Theft. A wallet, GPS unit and Social Security card were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 6800 block of 225th Lane NE.
Robbery. A 19-year-old woman reported a robbery at a home on the 3100 block of Thomas Avenue N. She told officers she had been dating a 20-year-old man off and on for six years but didn’t know his last name, date of birth or where he lives. He had spent the night and left, but later returned with three other men. One of the other men ordered three people to the floor at gunpoint while the other suspects stole televisions, computers, cellphones and other items. All the suspects fled in a vehicle.
Weapon. A 15-year-old girl was arrested for carrying a weapon without a permit on the 2100 block of Lyndale Avenue N. Officers responded to a physical altercation between the girl and a 47-year-old woman. The girl was in possession of a loaded handgun.
Weapon. Following a traffic stop on 11th and Irving Avenues N., a 26-year-old man was arrested for a warrant, driving after revocation and possession of marijuana. The passenger, a 25-year-old man, was arrested for possession of a pistol and also had an outstanding warrant.
Drugs. A 19-year-old Shoreview woman was cited for possession of marijuana and having no proof of insurance after the vehicle she was driving was stopped for a traffic violation at County Road I and Silver Lake Road.
